SSC Mandarin Financial Services, founded in 1998 in South Africa, is a prominent and esteemed corporate strategy entity that specializes in the identification and facilitation of high-value mining projects. We hold valid licences to import rough diamonds into HKSAR.

 

The company’s strategic alliance with China Gold Association to develop the gold mining industry in China has led to a number of key joint ventures with gold mining operations in South Africa. 

In the past decades, SSC has executed a number of mineral-related financial transactions with an aggregate value of over US$1.5 billion, including acting as a co-book runner for Tharisa Minerals Pty Limited, a South African chrome producer in a USD150 million pre-IPO fundraising campaign in 2011, as well as participating in the IPO listings of three prominent PRC gold mining corporations on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

At present, SSC directs its focus towards the identification and exploration of 10X business opportunities in China and Africa, with specialized expertise in the mining and technology sectors. Our organization excels in providing comprehensive support for company strategic development, encompassing all stages from meticulous planning to efficient execution.
